The short answer is yes, axe throwing is safe when participating responsibly. Of course, as with any sport and recreation activity, there are risks, but following the safety rules and guidelines ensures a safe, fun experience for everyone.

Axe Out Entertainment has also invested in the highest safety equipment and standards. Risks are also reduced by providing a well-controlled environment– safety is one of our core values – rules, standards, guidelines, and trained axe

safety staff. Additionally, statistics show that there have not been as many accidents with this type of sport, as with sports such as baseball, football, and other contact sports. Axe-throwing, like darts, is a non-contact sport.

We’re excited for you and thrilled we will be your first! The number one comment from new throwers is how easy and fun it is to throw axes. Our staff thrives on the opportunity to coach and support every participant, every step of the way! If you decide that axe throwing is not for you, you’re still included. We have a variety of other activities and games, including table-top games, if you’d rather sit. There really is something for everyone and we love it all.

Axe trailer participants-minimum age requirement is 13 years old with parental consent. A waiver and safety acknowledgement must be signed.

We do not allow personal throwing equipment to be used for insurance reasons. Axe Out Entertainment is fully licensed, registered, and insured.

All participants in the axe throwing trailer must wear shoes that cover the toes. It’s also ideal to wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your range of motion.

Yes, Axe Out Entertainment has options for children under the age of 13 to participate in the activities. We have several games that are inclusive for a variety of ages, starting at three and up at no extra charge. In addition, we offer customizable parties for children 13 and under without the axe throwing trailer. Email or call us for more details and scheduling.

Axe Out Entertainment axe throwing trailers have a roof and we can provide a canopy tent, fans, umbrella seating with lights, and heating. For safety reasons, we do not operate in snow, ice, sleet, hail, severe wind and lightning, or any other dangerous weather conditions. In these unavoidable instances, we are happy to reschedule your event, of course, at no additional cost.
